WHAT TO WEAR ?
Casual cloth or T Shirt is recommended.

| Adults | : 13 years and above |
| Children | : 5 years to 12 years |
| Infants | : 3 years and under |
| Family | : Up to 2 Adults and 2 children/infants. |

TYPES OF PAYMENT
Majority prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR or Rp.) and some in other currency . We have to collect 50% (except dolphin swim tour) of the total purchase to confirm and prepare all the best tours equipment, the rest can be paid on the first meeting. An additional surcharge is applied for payment using credit card.
CHANGE TOUR PROGRAM
The tour program still can be changed into other program without any cancellation fee at any time 72 hours prior to the day of tour. The change must be received by phone (+6287860065200) or via email to: magillabalitours@yahoo.com
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bali Sun Tours reserve the right to cancel tours caused by weather conditions, a full refund will be received by the clients.
No refund conditions:
- Cancel made less than 5 days notice.
- Not show when the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)
If you wish to cancel before 5 days, we will keep a 10% administration fee.
WHO OPERATE THE TOURS ?
- Magilla Bali Tours team and some of our tours will also relate to other vendors
- Magilla Bali Tours select some great vendors (if the tours operate by vendors)
TOURS INSURANCE
The client is urged to protect his/her investment with travel insurance.
